Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your product has been dispatched, you will receive another confirmation email with a tracking code so you can see the status of your shipment. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is very important because, without the tracking code, you may not be able to monitor your products purchased. For questions, contact us at Info@aandslimited.co.uk

 

SHIPPING METHOD AND PROCESSING TIME

  1.  We use Royal Mail (“Courier Service Provider”) to ship your purchased products and the delivery is 1st class by Royal Mail. This implies you will receive your product within 1-2 working days at the UK address specified in Your order.
  2. We ship items out as soon as possible but this may not always be the case especially during peak periods. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please, allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  1. Orders are only shipped on business days, which are Mondays to Fridays.
  2.  All expedited orders require a street address
  3. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O Boxes
  4. Shipping available within UK only. Currently, we do not ship to U.S territories.

MISSING, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGE

  1. A&S Brands understands that there are several reasons why a package may get lost, missing or damaged while in transit.
  2. A&S Brands is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or it is missing or lost, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim.
  3. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
